...was a huge success for grant's pre-school!!

they ended up raising almost $1200....whoohoo!

and even a visit from the Easter bunny!!

another game day....

....for audrey!

...we were all so upset that grant's game was cancelled saturday morning....apparently there was a lot of water at his field from the rain & storms the night before....seeing as he was already dressed for the game and was sad his game was cancelled, we just let him stay in his uniform all day :)

brett was in *rare form* to say the least at audrey's game....bless audrey for being a coach's child....she takes it with stride at least....at one point mimi looked at me and said, "who is he yelling at?" to which i replied, "your granddaughter!".....let's just say you are never to old to get an ear full from your momma....which is what she did after the game! and i am not saying he was wrong in what his message was to audrey....but the delivering of the message is hard to hear sometimes...

we were so excited to have uncle michael, his family & mimi there for the game! we just wished they had gotten a chance to watch grant play.....but after audrey's game we set up a little impromptu game and grant got a chance to show off his skills!....i even got in on the action a little....oh how i miss going to the batting cages and just hitting balls!!

we were short a few players this game but the ones there did a GREAT job!!

audrey came home from school telling me she HAD to wear her sparkly sandals to school again on tuesday....and she REALLY needed to wear her fancy flip flop shirt....why you ask??....so she can match her sweet friend of course!

and i LOVE the fact that before i even said anything, my dear friend had already snapped a pic of them and sent it to me! we are defintely two of a kind....just like our daughters :)

funky fish fry....

....was a blast AGAIN this year!!

after a early morning of ballgames & such, we got all *dolled up* for the Funky Fish Fry!

it was a gorgeous HOT day....we were so excited to have grammy, aunt lisa & isabella in town to enjoy the day too!

of course i had to take a minute to snap a few pics with everyone in their pretty spring clothes! i just LOVE the colors...

there was so much fun stuff to do....bubbles, face painting, jumpy house, GREAT music, art area, GREAT food & more....such an AWESOME event to raise money for the autisim society & mitchell's place!!

grant and his teacher mrs nicole!!!....LOVE her :) she also taught audrey....have i mentioned before how much we love MP and everyone there?!?!....they are amazing...

another one we love.....mrs sandy!!! there really aren't words to describe this woman and EVERYTHING she has done for my family....she is part of our family :)

my sister and i were laughing....facepainting has truly become an art....when we were little we were *lucky* to get a heart or ballons on our cheek....these kiddos get masterpieces!

i will say by this point in the afternoon audrey was over it - finished - stick . me . a . fork . done! we thought she was just tired out from being up early, playing ball & the heat.....nope, after a quick trip to the doctor sunday morning we confirmed strep throat....again....she is on the mend now but was quite pitiful all day sunday....never a dull moment!
