but first, a quick bite to eat....gotta love some chappy's!!...kids eat free ALL THE TIME...other than sunday when they are closed for their employees to worship ~ score more points there!
sara and her sweet boy grey came over for an impromptu visit saturday.....yeah!!....we don't "plan" things around grey anymore or he will surely get sick...lol!....anyhoo, they made it over and we took the boys out to enjoy the day....audrey had a softball clinic that her and brett had to attend....though we did meet up at the end of the day for a cookie from savages....good stuff :)

this was our first year to attend big machines day at mcwane but i can already see we will be back again for more fun....grant LOVED it!!
these things were massive!! i don't know if the boys ever did grasp the total concept....they were enjoying "driving" the machines so much they never looked up!

the spider crane....i think sara and i were more impressed with this one than the boys!
