....ZOO!!
after grant's t-ball game mother's day weekend we hit the road to visit grams...she treated us to a day at the zoo!
we love the montgomery zoo!...ours here is great as well but the montgomery zoo is nice & flat and a little smaller....it also has a great park!
this was my first zoo trip with my zoom lens....i was LOVING it!

though i must say, i thought all zebras were black but this beauty looks a bit chocolate brown to me!

and the BEST part of the day.....we got to feed the giraffes!!....what an awesome experience...

and no zoo trip is complete without a fun animal cup...

we had a wonderful mother's day weekend visiting family and enjoyed a great lunch sunday! nothing like a little sinclair's she-crab soup to make the day perfect :)
