...it's may day play day!
the day before school got out was may day play day at audrey's school....and what a fun day it was! and as you can tell from the pic below, it was just a tad humid!
i had to work the *water land* station for a few hours first thing.....whew, what a work out!!....when i caught up with the kids they were at the other water station.....SLIDE!
after the slide it was time to dry off a bit and have lunch! the kids are so lucky to have this neat patio off there room and seeing as they were all wet the teachers opted for a picnic!
it was our turn to celebrate audrey's summer birthday so brett & i passed out ice cream *sugar free of course!* sandwiches to the class....yummy :)
next up a little face paint and balloon sword fight....gotta love it!
a carnival game or two...
and then to water land for more wet adventures!!....just imagine the playground with water hoses, baby pools & water guns....the best part was the parents got to soak the kids!
now we are ready for a little limbo!!
cool down time....popsicles with friends!!...nothing better :)
and last....the sand station....digging for treasures....ugh!...i think we could have ALL gone without this station...oh well, the kids enjoyed it!
it was such a great day and i was so glad i was able to be there to enjoy it with audrey.....though i must admit i was quite tired and sore the next day at work!
and even harder for me to believe is the fact that my sweet girl has now *graduated* from first grade....wow, i have an upcoming second grader!!....time, slow down PLEASE :)

I don't think I will show Pooh Bear this post. She would be so sad. Especially since she was sick on our cruise and did not get to fully enjoy it. But I am glad Audrey and the other girls got to enjoy it!
